My husband and I got married just a couple weeks ago, and Jordan was our day-of coordinator. She was wonderful to work with. We initially talked about hiring a day-of because our venue did not have an on site coordinator to help with any issue that's bound to come up on the wedding day. But, Jordan was much more than just a bit of a stress reliever. During our first meeting with Jordan, she made sure she understood our "theme" and look we were going for, went over a checklist to see how our planning was coming along, and offered suggestions for items we had outstanding. After that, she kept in contact with me to make sure I didn't need anything and always offered to help with whatever I was working on. As the big day got closer, Jordan put together a timeline and sent it to all of our vendors so that everyone was aware on how the reception would play out. Jordan came out to our venue on the day before our wedding to help us set everything up (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.). She stayed even after my now husband and I had to leave for the rehearsal to make sure everything was ready when I got out there the next morning. On the day of our wedding, Jordan spent the morning with me and my girls. She was there to help with anything that popped up and made sure we got to the church on time. Her husband, Sean, did the same with my groom and his guys. Jordan and Sean went to the church with us to make sure everything was running smoothly, and then went back to the venue to work with the vendors. During the reception, Jordan made sure we stuck to the timeline. She even cut our cake for us! From being there to help with any random question, helping set everything up, coordinating the timeline with the vendors, and learning how to cut a wedding cake for us, Jordan was a wonderful addition to our wedding day. I would absolutely recommend working with Ever After Planning.
