Prairie Street Brewhouse Garden Loft Wedding
I absolutely love coming together with creatives to create something new and beautiful. This shoot that was put together at Prairie Street Brewhouse is definitely no exception. Here we wanted to bring a garden feel to the Brewhouse and incorporate a lighter, greener feeling to the industrial space. I can’t wait for you to see all of details that we put together for this shoot, I hope that you enjoy!

This invitation suite was beautifully designed by Alex at Prairie Letter Shop. We wanted a look that was soft and elegant in order to lighten up the feeling of the wedding as a whole.
The bride’s shoes had a unique look and feel to them, which truly matched the aesthetic of the venue paired with the garden theme. The grey color of the shoes paired perfectly with the groom’s deep grey suit from Express. All of this was tied together perfectly with this gorgeous lace detailed dress from the Justin Alexander Signature Collection.
The groom’s suit, shirt, and tie are from Express. It is a part of their photographer collection. We love the look of a suit versus a tux, because it provides a more fitted look and feel, while also being comfortable!
The lovely ladies at The Bridal Brigade made sure that Rachel was absolutely stunning. We went with a softer more natural look for her make up, and a romantic low bun for her hair in order to accent the hair piece and veil.
For their tablescape, I wanted something truly bright and fresh. By pairing a light blush linen and light grey napkins we achieved the lighter look and feel, while also tying in the grey from Rachel’s shoes and Jeremy’s suit. Event Floral did an amazing job of creating a luscious centerpiece and garland that spanned the length of the table. We mixed in some candles to create a warm and romantic vibe as well. The intricate detailing on the plates and flatware made sure that no detail went untouched on this table design.
For their ceremony, we utilized a smaller event room space at the Brewhouse and Event Floral created a gorgeous floral wall install for the backdrop. We wanted to keep the flow of the romantic aesthetic into this space, so we filled the space with varying heights of candles.
Rachel’s bouquet was the perfect piece to tie the entire wedding together. Always remember that your bouquet is in almost every photo with you. Make sure that it not only complements your design and event, but complements you as well. Here we even utilized a dark grey ribbon to bring back in those grey aspects of the design.
Prairie Street Brewhouse has so many beautiful locations for photographs, and the front staircase is no exception!
The downstairs Dockside Bar, was perfect for some really fun shots. Prairie Street does have it’s own brewery, so this was a fun tribute to the venue as a whole!
The backside of the venue is all brick, and absolutely stunning for portraits!
Barb of The Noble Cakery, did a phenomenal job of bringing in the perfect amount of color for this statement cake. While also maintaining its garden theme, we have a cake that could truly stand alone as a statement piece of the wedding!
The Barrel Room has the perfect spots for portraits and a first look (first look on those barn doors! be still my heart!!)
And finally as the perfect tribute to Rockford, we went down the Coronado Theater for some portraits and dancing!
