Adding Personality To Your Wedding Bar

Feb 25, 2017

Ever After Planning Weddings + Events | Adding Personality To Your Wedding Bar

Your wedding bar doesn’t have to be boring or lack personalized touch points. Your entire wedding has details and personality, so don’t let that stop at the bar.

One thing that we really love, is when couples create a signature drink (or two!) because it showcases a little bit of flair from the couple. You can also get pretty fun with this with your photographer (should the bar company allow!)

For this wedding we incorporated two signature drinks. One for the bride and one for the groom. She was more of a Kate Spade Princess, while he was more motorcycle grunge. So, we had two drinks that directly reflected their style and personality.

Bride’s Choice | Pretty In Pink

This bride’s choice drink was simple..
// Malibu
// Raspberry Lemonade
Topped off with pink rock candy and a lemon garnish

Refreshing. Simple. The perfect flair of pink to reflect her personality.

Groom’s Choice | Rockin T+T

This was a fun twist on a classic
//A touch of blue food coloring
Topped off with a stick of blue rock candy to complement the bride, as well as a fun popping rim of blue pop rocks.

 Our tips to personalizing your wedding bar

// Keep it simple. There is nothing wrong with just giving your favorite classic drink a fun new name
//Keep it fun. Ever seen a pop rock rim on a drink? I bet your guests won’t forget it!
//Add some flair. Rock Candy as a stir stick? How cute!
//If the bar will allow it. See about getting some fun photographs of each of you creating your drink. After all, it is your personalized creation!
